About the Role
This role exists to help launch and scale a one-person consultancy startup by turning existing digital collateral into consistent visibility, list growth, and course sales—at zero ad spend.
You’ll focus on organic Instagram and LinkedIn growth, scheduling free posts, repurposing existing content, and promoting a free video lead magnet to grow the contact list. From there, your content will drive awareness and sales for:

This is a hands-on, execution-first role for someone who understands organic social growth, content reuse, and conversion basics—and wants commission-based upside.
You will help transform already-created digital collateral into a consistent, strategic presence that grows an email list and sells online offerings—without paid ads.
Key Responsibilities
Instagram & LinkedIn Execution (Zero Cost)

Schedule and publish organic (free) posts only on Instagram and LinkedIn

Use existing digital collateral (videos, quotes, blogs, newsletters, slides) to create posts in Canva

Recommend and implement an optimal posting cadence for early-stage growth

Suggested starting cadence:

LinkedIn: 3–4 posts/week

Instagram: 3 posts + 2–3 stories/week

Maintain consistent brand voice, visuals, and messaging
Lead Generation & Conversion

Promote a freebie video as the primary CTA to grow the email/contact list

Track which posts drive clicks, sign-ups, and purchases
Kajabi & Website Optimization Recommendations

Track conversions from social traffic

Recommend SEO improvements, homepage clarity, and overall site appearance to support conversion

Identify gaps where content or layout is blocking sales
Growth & Improvement

Monitor basic analytics (engagement, clicks, conversions)

Recommend adjustments to cadence, content themes, and CTAs
Focus on what actually sells—not vanity metrics.
Compensation Structure (Commission-Based)
Example:
If your Instagram or LinkedIn posts directly drive the sale of 5 Step-by-Step courses, you earn 2% of those sales, paid out monthly.
This is a low-risk, high-learning opportunity with clear attribution and growth potential.
